Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cardsi.e. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Maestro, Paypal, and Apple Pay.
What is the sales tax?
By law, we are required to collect sales tax on purchases from our website and submit them to the state the product was shipped to. The taxability and its calculation rules are determined by each state.
How can I receive updates on restocking of products that are out of stock?
Once you add the desired product to the My Wishlist, you will automatically receive an email update once the inventory of the product has been replenished.
I have Issues with my order. Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
If you make a mistake on an order, please reach out to email@example.com, as soon as possible. We will accommodate as much as possible but, unfortunately, there is a very tight window for any adjustments.
How can I cancel my order?
Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP. We will do our best to process cancellations but there is a very tight window and we can only determine upon receipt of email if we are still able to process the cancellation.
What is the return policy?
We ask that you notify us of any problems within 15 days of receipt of your order for unopened products to receive a full refund. To start a return, please contact us email@example.com with your order number.
Please note that we do not refund shipping and we cannot issue refunds past 15 days. Be sure to include your order number with your return so we can identify the order and ensure you get your refund as soon as possible. Allow up to 7 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.
We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase. In the event we’re unable to refund back to the original form of payment due to a canceled/expired credit card or closed bank account, store credit will be given. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
This policy is only applicable for products purchased from us directly at www.everydaze.com. If you purchased from a different retailer please refer to their return/refund policy on their platform.
In no event will any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by EVERYDAZE. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
DISCOUNTS & PROMO CODES
Why isn’t the promo code working?
Following factors may apply:
-Discount code has expired. Most codes run for a limited time only.
-Promo code is personalized and one-time use. They won’t work if you’ve used them in the past.
-The order already has discounts applied. Only one discount code can be applied to each order
Is there any option for a discount for first time customers?
If you sign up for our email newsletter subscription, first time customers can receive 10% off their first purchase. This promo code would be emailed upon sign up.
How much is shipping?
All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:
-Domestic vs International Shipments
-Total volume and weight of package
-Selected shipping method
You can review for an estimate within the shopping cart. We provide free shipping for U.S. domestic orders over $30
We are not responsible for any fees required by customs for any reason.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed from Monday to Thursday EST will ship within 1-3 business days. Once the order is fulfilled and is ready to ship out, you will receive an automated message with tracking information within your email. Please allow between a few business days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email. You will be able to review the estimated date of arrival with this tracking information.
We do not process, ship, or deliver orders over the weekend or on holidays. Transit and delivery time may be extended due to inclement weather or general carrier delays/issues.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
Where do you ship to? Do you ship internationally?
We ship throughout the United States. We do provide the option for international shipping, but there may be limitations on coverage depending on the exact address. If the system cannot confirm shipping to that location, for the time being, we would like to advise to shop through our authorized e-commerce partners such as www.iherb.com and www.masksheets.com. You can review the list of authorized retailers for flexible international options
DAZED REWARD PROGRAM
How much does it cost to sign up for the reward program?
It’s completely free. Starting from the Daze Reward Program activation date of May 1, 2022, you will be automatically signed up when you sign up for an account on EVERYDAZE.com. Guest checkouts are exempt and won’t activate any reward system.
How does the reward program work to benefit me?
Every $1 spent within an online purchase transaction will convert and accumulate to 3 Points within the reward program. For example, if you have checked out a purchase of $30 (before tax), you would acquire 90 points. These points can be redeemed as store credit within future purchases. However, the points won’t be calculated and applied on previous purchases, packaging, taxes, or shipping charges. These are exempted from the purchase threshold and won’t be applied for reward points.
How can I earn more reward points?
Check out your profile to see any new or remaining options to earn more reward points. There are special occasion rewards like birthdays or limited events announced within our newsletters.
How do I check my reward points?
Within account information, you can review exact updates on your reward points.
Can I convert points from a guest checkout?
No, guest checkouts are excluded from this reward program.
How do I redeem the points on my purchases?
At checkout, you will be able to apply and redeem points directly as you finalize the purchase.
Would my rewards points expire?
Yes, there reward points expire annually on the yearly observance date of the initial account sign-up.
How can I start a wholesale account? I want to carry EVERYDAZE and form business partnership.

Which retailers are authorized resellers of EVERYDAZE products?
There has been an increase in mass distribution of EVERYDAZE products. Please pay close attention to the product you are buying. You can always buy our products on www.everydaze.com. In addition, please visit our ‘Where to Buy’ page for more information on the list of authorized resellers approved by EVERYDAZE. We are unable to verify if the other reseller is carrying authentic products if it’s not on the list. Please note that there are parties online and offline brick-and-mortar stores that are selling our products that are not authorized retailers of EVERYDAZE. We cannot guarantee these products are authentic or handle returns from these parties. For a complete list of authorized sellers, please visit this page.
